These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AnythingXpress, including our website, merchant stores, agent links, payment pages, order tracking, and digital services. By using AnythingXpress, you agree to these Terms.

Important: Do not pay again if your wallet has been debited. Use Track Order or contact support with your order reference or phone number.

1. Our Services

AnythingXpress provides digital services including data bundle sales, order tracking, merchant/agent store tools, referral sales, and future services such as airtime, bills, vouchers, and other digital products.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

You must provide accurate information when buying, registering, or managing a store. Merchants and agents are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under their accounts.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Mobile money payments are handled by third-party providers and mobile money networks.
Customers must approve payment prompts using their own mobile money wallet.
We do not request or store customer mobile money PINs.
If payment is debited but the order status is not immediately updated, customers should use Track Order or contact support.

4. Delivery

Data delivery may be automated through approved providers and network systems. Delivery times may vary depending on provider availability, network conditions, payment confirmation, and fraud/security checks.

If you do not receive an SMS after a completed order, check your data balance directly with your network provider. Network SMS alerts may be delayed or unavailable even when data has been credited.

5. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds may be considered after verification if payment was successful but service could not be delivered, duplicate billing occurred, or a confirmed technical failure prevented fulfillment. Refunds are not guaranteed where incorrect recipient details were provided by the customer.

6. Merchants and Agents

Merchants and agents must use the platform honestly and lawfully. Earnings, commissions, and withdrawals are subject to successful payment confirmation, completed service delivery, platform charges, fraud reviews, and applicable policies.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use AnythingXpress for fraud, unauthorized access, abusive automation, fake orders, chargeback abuse, illegal activities, or attempts to disrupt the platform.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the platform reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, update, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnythingXpress is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including delays caused by payment providers, mobile money networks, internet providers, or network operators.

10. Intellectual Property

AnythingXpress branding, design, software, content, and platform materials remain the property of AnythingXpress or its licensors and may not be copied or misused without permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of AnythingXpress after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
